Did the online checked in. Said wait was 38 minutes. Got here when I go the text. Checked in 3 people. Lady checked us in didn’t do the profile. I showed the stylist a picture specifically also told her how I wanted it I had very long hair mid back but wanted it an inch under collar line on my shirt, the very first cut all the way to the nape of my neck it was just under my earlobes there was no sense in that big of a difference in length from what i suggested. Used to use this place frequently for my two sons but the prices have doubled, I shouldn’t be paying $20 for an 8 year old boys haircut, so I only go here if they have coupons. But I guess not anymore…. today I checked in on their app as soon as they opened and it said a 1 hour wait. So we waited an hour and went to leave, I cont’d to check in periodically to make sure the time limit is staying the same and right when I went to leave it changed from finally being at 15 min wait to bumping it back up to another hour. I called to see if this was accurate and to understand the point of getting on a virtual waitlist as they ask us to do when apparently walk-ins are bumping in front of me and the woman I spoke to was not helpful, didn’t care, and tried to rush me off the phone. I took my name off the waitlist and will be deleting this app. No more, terrible customer service gets you no customers. Good luck.

Its really nice to see familiar faces and know you’re going to get a good haircut, instead of getting a different person every visit. Completely ignored what I said and cut my hair way shorter than I wanted. I asked for a 6 on the back and sides, and the lady used a 2. I asked for the top to be kept long, and she left about 3 inches left. There’s no way for me to style my hair now because of how short it is.

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. Walked in with my son. An older woman was asking how he wanted his hair cut. As he described my other son’s hair sryle she interrupted and said he would look dumb and like a clown. Then she proceeded to get an attitude with him saying he better describe it right the first time because she wouldn’t do any touch-ups. I told my son to get up and told her we would not be getting a haircut from someone so disrespectful. She yelled something to us as we were leaving. I suggest no one go to this particular Great Clips.
