I normally do not have an issue with great clips, but this time once I got home and realize what my hair look like, I am actually kind of devastated. There was like a communication in this haircut. My two kids and I received haircuts at the Bartlesville location on Sunday, August 7 around 5 pm. A younger looking male stylist with brown hair pulled back in a pony tail was my stylist. Upon sitting down in his chair, I showed him pictures of the cut I wanted and asked him specifically if he was experienced with this cut. He assured me that he was. I proceeded to tell him that I wanted the length and stack exactly as the picture showed. Multiple times throughout the cut, I questioned what was being done as I have been getting this cut for 15 years. The stylist spent the majority of my cut talking to another stylist and even cutting my hair without looking at what he was doing. My hair ended up about 6 inches shorter than requested and the cut itself is horrendous. The worst cut I have ever received. The right side of my hair is a poor attempt at a stacked bob, where it should have been a long a line bob, the left side doesn’t match the angle on the right and is noticeably shorter. The back is butchered. The stylist asked if he could give me slight curtain bangs…. he cut one side straight back all the back to my ear and nothing on the other. When he decided he was done, he sent me out the door with an awful hair cut that hadn’t been styled or even fully dried.
