Just went in for a trim. Michelle did a good job. Only gave 4 stars because they seem to be having a problem with the online check in system. I waited almost twice as long as the estimated time after checking in online. Also, could be because three employees left not long after I came in. Haircut

Worst “haircut” ive ever had in my life. Not sure as to the name of my stylist because she said nothing the entire time. Sat down in the chair and she immediately questioned what a mid fade was and tried to tell me i was wrong. Ive had 1000 mid fade haircuts in the military and as a civilian. She then proceeded to give me a high and tight haircut with ZERO fade at all. And THEN left hair on the “shaved” portion thinking it was my beard. I couldnt tell until i got home. At the end there was line up or cleaning the edges, just a “here you go”. I do NOT recommend going here.

During covid they refused to cut my 3 year old sons hair unless he wore a mask. We walked out and went to sport clips and never been back. I accidently gave this place 4 stars thinking it was the other place. If you think toddlers should be muzzled with mask this is the place for you.

Called ahead and asked if they take walk ins and the lady told me they only take walk ins and I came into store only to be skipped by 3 different customers that walked in after me because they signed in online. Not happy. Whoever comes in the store should be served first regardless of signing in online. Terrible method. Haircut
