Critical: QualityI’ve been to several Great Clips before including this one and never had a problem before. My hair had gotten so long that it was reaching my waste. I told the woman that I wanted a wash and cut because it’s easier for them to cut with my hair being so thick. I let the woman know that I wanted my hair cut to my shoulder blade. I informed her that my hair is naturally curly so I expected it to be a little longer until it fully dried. THAT’S NOT WHAT I GOT! My hair is way shorter than I wanted.
