My 7 year old was sent out with a bald spot and a bloody ear. The veteran staff there that day knew about it, (a new stylist cut his hair) and said nothing to me. When I came back inside they proceeded to argue they could fix it, (yeah by shaving the side of his head, it was already cut at a 1). I to them the issue was they didn’t tell me the cut my child or that they made a mistake. At this point I asked for the GM or owners number which they refused to give me and told me she would be there in 20 minutes. About 45 minutes later I walked out never to return. The owner did call us a couple hours later however the damage has been done. I recommend Sports Clips next door they have always sent us out looking great and no bloody ears!

I wanted to donate my hair, since it had been about 5 years since my last “trim” of 8 inches. Vicky was able to see me as a walk-in, and cut 24 inches for me. She was very professional, explained who would receive my donated hair, and even cut it for free, just for donating it. I highly recommend Vicky if you’re looking for someone who manages to be both fun and professional

I would give no stars if possible. My husband went to get his hair cut here today and has the worst experience. The manager and stylist proceed to get into an yelling match argument while he was cutting my husbands hair. He proceeded to return to cut my husbands hair (not doing a great job because he was still upset from their disagreement.) She then fired him during the haircut and took over the cut! My husband has gotten a cut from her before and does not like the way she cuts his hair therefore would not have sat in her chair again. We have family pictures this weekend. We will never go back. Advise to managers everywhere… wait until a hair dresser does not have someone in their chair to rip them!

I asked for a medium low fade. Ended up getting something that’s not even a fade. She cut all the way to the top of my hair did no blending and only did a zero at the very bottom. Clearly doesn’t have an understanding of what a medium low fade is. Very disappointed and can’t do anything to fix the cut due to lack of hair Haircut

Checked in online about 20 minutes before I showed up. Still had to wait for a bit. Someone did walk in after and was seated before me but without a screen showing your place you never know if they were checked in first. They did know the guy by name so maybe they take regulars first. Can’t confirm it.

Friendly service, but horrible time management and screwed up my hair twice before. I have been waiting for 30 minutes and a couple of people just walked in and they went straight to the back and my time reset for 17 minutes. I thought the whole purpose of checking in online was that you entered a queue and when you were next, you would be next. Apparently that is not the case here. I have wasted my whole lunch break and I’m still waiting !!!

Critical: ProfessionalismI occasionally bring my grandson in to get his hair cut. Some of the staff are pretty good and some are below average. My grandson’s hair grows so fast, I’d go broke if I paid the prices some places charge for a haircut. GreatClips is pretty reasonable so this is usually where we go if the wait isn’t too long.
