Took my son in to get a haircut. He is 7 and has gotten a million haircuts before, but this was the worst cut he’s ever gotten. The lady messed up multiple times, never even tried to mention that she messed up, apologized, or offer to fix it or a refund. There was clearly no way to fix it, but she could have offered to try and make it better. Called and spoke with the manager Shari, and she asked me to bring him up there so they could look at it and fix it. Shari agreed there was no way to fix it, but they did make it look somewhat better. I went up there twice and did not get what I asked for, and was told they had to message the owner for a refund, and the owner offered a free haircut instead of my money back. No one in their right mind would return for another haircut from this place after a cut this bad. Will not be returning.

Very pleasant experience! Shari cut my hair and as expected , fabulous the wait time was very minimal despite the fact that they only had two stylist working. And don’t even get me started on PRICING! Very seldom can you go get a haircut for $18 am it turns out looking incredible! Definitely coming back. Haircut

I brought in 4 of my kids and we had 3 different people do their hair. Every single one of them turned out great. My older boys are very picky and afterwards were very pleased. I was most worried about my daughter who decided to cut a chunk out with scissors. I didn’t think it was possible to hide it without going too short but the lady was able to blend it in without it showing while keeping good length. My sweet girl is no longer insecure about her hair. The people were so kind that even my kids said something once we got in the car. I will always go back there.

I’ve been here twice for a haircut and each time Shari has cut my hair. She gives an excellent haircut, unbelievable for the low price. The staff all seem to get along well and provide friendly service. Great Clips, great place.

Online check in is ridiculous, it should be first come first serve. I came here at 9:30 am but they already had 8 people online check in. I assumed it being 9 am on a Monday there would be no issues. I love sitting here for an hour then an online person walks in and cuts in front of me. The online check in for hair salons is a stupid concept. This is one industry where it should still be first come first serve. Wasted a whole hour sitting here for a haircut.
