3rd time here- checked in online with the app (75 min wait) and headed in when we got a message saying to via the app (15 min- “head on in!”). The store roster had no record of us and manager offered no option other than get on at end of list (looked about 10 people deep/waiting room with 5 people there). I showed the app status on my phone and the text messages we got. Initially thought we may be at wrong location, but it was correct. Manager blamed it on corporate IT and said she had no ability to put us in the list where we should have been. Manager said this was a known IT problem and no way for them to workaround. Kind stylist there offered to do us next but manager said no, not allowed. “Can’t skip all these people on the list” or I could loose my (manager) job. No accountability or customer service “you can call corporate”. Won’t return.

Very disappointed!!! I went in for a haircut 3 days before my graduation. I just wanted my layers cleaned up a bit and then showed exactly how much hair I wanted to kinda frame my face. I did not get what I asked for. She did way to much hair around the face and just completely botched my haircut 3 DAYS BEFORE Graduation. I went home and cried because no matter what I did, my hair did not look good. Thankfully I found a salon that I have heard a lot of good from to get my haircut looking better at least. Everyday though, I cry over my hair and it makes me upset at Great Clips every time. I would not recommend using any Great Clips. I’m never coming here again!

I came in needing some length taken off and asked for layers. Brandy did a great job! She asked if I liked the length before starting the layers and asked if I liked the layers or wanted them shorter before framing them around my face. She did a perfect job and made sure I was happy. I’ll definitely be returning to Brandy for my next haircut!
