The haircut was fine. I did feel like the stylist rushed thru, but the haircut was good. My frustration is with the wait time on the ap. When I checked in it said my wait was 25 minutes. The shop is 20-25 minutes from my office, so that was perfect. However, the time just kept getting longer and longer. I stopped at the carwash and still had to wait 30 minutes when I got there. This is the 3rd time this has happened.

I checked in on line and arrived in the store waiting to be called up. I saw that there many stylists working. I was next up. A stylist told another customer that she would be taking him next for some reason. There was no explanation given and she didn’t bother to call my name. At that point all of the other stylists left leaving maybe two of them behind left to deal with the four – five customers now in the lobby and the + eight who checked in on line. So it looks like there are some employees who ignore the those who check in on line and then leave when there are many customers waiting.
