My first visit was fine. Next visit was a bad experience. I showed a picture if she (old lady) could give me hair cut like that. The way she was trimming my hair I could tell she was not experienced enough. Then I politely showed her picture again and tried to explain. She got defensive and old me GO TO BARBER if I wanted a hair cut like that and she did not have a right tool. She did not have right mentality to enjoy her job. I had been going to Great Clips for a long time no-one had told me GO TO BARBER.
