I didn’t get my hair done here. I’m simply giving it a bad rating because of their online reservation and travel notification. It was about 15 minutes past my reservation time when I received my notification. I had already left and waited in their parking lot. I hadn’t received my notification by my reservation time and noticed Supercuts across the street. I called them and was able to go there without any wait.
