My husband, daughter and myself came in and got cuts. My daughters hair is very fine and thin so every little cut shows. Hers is a little uneven and choppy. Mine is also same texture as hers. I’m not sure what was done to mine but I cut off a good 6-8 inches and it looks terrible. I asked for small subtle layers and got choppy, butchered, uneven mess. I can’t see how someone would even think this is a good cut. He didn’t let me see the back so I didn’t check it out until I got home. I guess I should start asking to see the backside. But I’ll likely never return.

Asked for a straight across bob and ended up with choppy bob. “Layers” This is absolutely butchered. I’m devastated and will have to go even shorter to try to fix this mess. I left the salon with wet hair and didn’t even notice it until I got home and dried/straighten it. And to think I even tipped for a job like this! Haircut
