I feel like it’s hit or miss. My 7 year old gets his hair cuts here because it’s more budget friendly, but I feel they could be more kid friendly (smile and talk with the kiddos). His haircuts are also inconsistent since we get a new stylist just about every time.

My fiancé went to get a hair cut today, we sat in line for 1 AND A HALF! They allowed everyone in front of him, then told him it would be another hour. Their manager Sabrina can’t stay on task, can’t hire good people, can’t watch her mouth at work, they lost their best hair dressers & are extremely hateful.

My 3 year old son and I just went to this location for the first time. I am a former hair stylist and worked at a Great Clips in Tennessee for 5 years. I was very impressed with all of the stylists there. They were all very kind, professional, and did a great job. Friendly staff that greet you when you walk in. Didn’t have to wait at all. Checked In on the app and was taken in on arrival. Had previous visits on file so they already knew what kind of haircut I wanted (but did verify it before starting). Sometimes stylists talk among themselves about random things while they are working and should be more attentive to the job at hand. Not this time though.
