Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went in for a haircut after cutting my own hair for like 2 years. I really didn’t know what I wanted just some sort of clean up. I came at a good time and didn’t need an appointment. The staff were very friendly and helpful with each other. By the time my haircut was done she was newer so she wanted to get her work double checked. In my opinion any one who isn’t afraid to ask for help, accept tips from their seniors, and willing to ask questions is a great employee. She did all the right things it just needed some slight touch ups. The way they were helping her with tips was what any professional want’s to see. Watch how they do it, explain how to fix it/show them, and watch them do it again. This was huge for me and showed this location is wanting to have the best customer service and workers. It’s great that the other stylists and manager were attentive and helpful without coming off as rude. I wish I would have gotten the three lady’s names that helped me. I owe all you one big huge thanks. After covid started I really wasn’t sure what to expect. I went in for a haircut after cutting my own hair for like 2 years. I really didn’t know what I wanted just some sort of clean up. I came at a good time and didn’t need an appointment. Critical: ValueFirst off I got my haircut on hilltop in Jonesboro. I asked for certain length and they cut more off and it was un even. I highly don’t recommend the hilltop location.
