So, I went here yesterday with a precise style I wanted, which included leaving one side of my hair the length that I already had it. The girl that cut my hair didn’t listen to me at all, and chopped it super short even though I specifically asked her not to. I had an under cut done, and both sides of my hair did not match up at all. One side of the undercut was so much longer than the other, and she went up way too high in the back. It takes forever for my hair to grow because of medical issues, so I was so happy with the length and just wanted a certain hairstyle done. To say I’m frustrated is an understatement. It’s hair, it’ll grow back I know, but now I have to walk around with this chop job until I can get it fixed. She didn’t layer it after she just cut it straight across. Didn’t bother to fix it at all, so I just paid and left. Money wasted and I will absolutely never go back to this location.

The worst place ever for hair style. I asked for dry style and there was a lady who asked my address (with details, which I can’t understand why they need the address and phone number) and told me there is no dry style option at all! Then she told me the price would be $45 because She needs to wash my hair and when I told her that I already washed my hair she said the price is gonna be $45 anyway and we don’t have any other cheaper options for style!

Critical: ProfessionalismVisited this location for the first time time today with my boyfriend. We both got different ladies, and had different problems with each of them. My boyfriend’s stylist was talking unprofessionally to him the whole time and talking bad about the stylist who was cutting my hair.
