Probably the worst place in the country to get your haircut. Can’t remember the stylist name, but she was terrible. Came in around 7pm (an hour before close) and the lady did not ask me if I was satisfied with my haircut. She just took off the cape, briefly brushed the hair off my neck, and said,”time for me to go home.” After that I went home and realized that half of my hair was the same length as it was before I went in, and the other half probably 1.5-2” shorter than the rest. Worst haircut I’ve ever gotten in my life. I probably could’ve done better myself with a blindfold and child safety scissors. The only thing this place would be good for is a buzz cut.

I visited this location today, and left in tears. I don’t remember the woman’s name that cut my hair, but she was unfriendly and didn’t listen to a word of the way I wanted my hair cut. I asked her to trim my curtain bangs, and she completely cut them off straight and way shorter than what I had asked. She attempted to fix the problem, only making it worse. I now have uneven, hacked bangs that are too short to even be corrected the way I like them. To make things even better, it’s the week before homecoming. Thanks a lot Great Clips!

I went in with long curly hair that went past my bottom. I showed a picture of myself with the length I wanted. I explained that I have curly hair that will curl up so I said where I wanted it cut and how much. This lady just kept cutting . I finally said stop. I left with shoulder length hair that is all butchered looking. None of the employees cared one bit how upset I was all they cared about was I was paying and if I had a problem who to call. I have been crying since I left there. I have had cancer so it took me so long to grow my hair out. My hair doesn’t just grow back quickly. I am so disappointed. I would not recommend this place at all. I should of left when she said she was a receptionist who now cuts hair. Even my daughter could see she didn’t know what she was doing. I don’t even have the money to fix it.
