GREAT SERVICE! we are in town for the Thanksgiving weekend, and my husband wanted a last minute fade and beard trim for the holiday. he typically goes to a private barber back home in Dallas, so we were very pleased when his beard trim and fade looked the exact same as the service he gets when he pays $45+. Have been here many times but the person that usually cuts my hair was not there . I had a different stylist and I have my doubts they have any license to cut hair whatsoever. Basically I was scalped and when I asked if they could trim my eyebrows, usually the stylist will use a comb to extend the brow before using the clippers which is the correct technique taught in all cosmetology schools as to avoid accidents. This stylist used free hand with the clippers and shaved off a large portion of my eyebrows. Not happy at all . I called the customer care number for great clips and was told the owner would get in touch with me . That was a week ago. Being ignored on this issue shows me they do not care about their clients and I will find another establishment to get our families hair cuts in the future.
