Checked in online, waited 30-40 minutes after I got there when I should’ve only needed to wait 10 max according to the online check-in website. My barber’s tools were held together with electrical tape and it hurt like hell. I paid with a prepaid giftcard which covers the cost, but I was still asked to pay $5 from pocket. I was so done I didn’t even bother getting it fixed. Haircut is fine.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIn my 37 years I’ve never had such a horrible hair experience. Anne cut my hair haphazardly and when she asked how it was, she presented a lopsided bowl cut. I asked if she could blend in the sides to remove the “bump” of hair present on the sides of my head, she responded with an explication that “that’s just how my hair is”. I was so taken back by that response that it took all my energy to not be snarky with her. I accepted the hair cut and left looking far worse than when I had arrived. Once I got home and showered, I noticed that one side of my hair was about 1″ longer than the other. It was at this time that I truly became an unsatisfied customer. I went back to get a refund for poor service. At that time Anne doubled down that it was my hair’s fault, when I showed her the choppy varried lengths. She then went to the back room never to return. Another associate informed that they don’t offer refunds and that I would be passed onto corporate. Not happy. Not made right. In my 37 years I’ve never had such a horrible hair experience. Anne cut my hair haphazardly and when she asked how it was, she presented a lopsided bowl cut. I asked if she could blend in the sides to remove the “bump” of hair present on the sides of my head, she responded with an explication that “that’s just how my hair is”. Critical: ProfessionalismMy 1 yr old was denied a haircut for not wearing a mask. But the stylist stated she would cut my 3 & 5yr old hair. I reminded the stylist that a ONE year old is NOT required to wear a mask & she still refused. I then stated that my child has special needs & under that law they are not required to have a mask on if unable to. She still refused to give my baby a haircut. Stopped in hoping to get a cut for my son and wasn’t acknowledged. There is a computer at the front desk that shows names of those who booked online and allows for clients to check in. That technology is handy, but it shouldn’t replace a simple “hello” or “we’ll be right with you.” We went to a nearby Cost Cutters and got a friendly welcome the instant we walked through the door and left with a great cut.
