Critical: ProfessionalismA few weeks ago we had a really poor quality cut. I chalked it up to my kiddo being 5.Fast forward to today. We clocked into the online check in. It said 32 minute wait. I figured that’s too long for little kids to wait, so we went to get a car wash and waste 30 minutes right? Thinking we could come back in 32 and get their hair cuts. We came back in about 10 minutes after the car wash and the time went up to 75 minutes. I was naturally confused as we were only gone 10 minutes. The front desk gal was very rude and basically explained that customers had walked in, but what is the point then in clocking in online if it doesn’t even hold your spot?There is one gal who is AMAZING! Taylor was awesome. I had bad experience a couple months ago at a different hair cut place and was apprehensive in going anywhere to get my hair trimmed. I told what I wanted and he was patient and asked if it looked ok throughout the haircut. He did an awesome job and it was exactly what I wanted. Thank you Taylor for an awesome experience!

I brought my kid here. There was only one person working which was the receptionist. So there was literally nobody cutting hair. The lobby was literally full of people waiting to get thier haircut. The receptionist said there was over an hour and half wait. I thought she was joking at first. I asked her why and she told me both employees were at lunch together. I thought what? It was 45 mins later before the 2 employees came back from lunch TOGETHER. Why would they BOTH be at lunch together? So another half hour goes by finally its our turn. By then I was so upset I didnt even want my haircut. We were supposed to go to my daughters wedding the next day. I still needed to get my kids hair cuts at least. So there a very feminine guy with a Justin Bieber haircut who was supposed to be cutting my oldest kids hair. I asked 5 times are you sure you understand he wants a fade but low not high. He tells me trust me I got this! I even pointed exactly how low i wanted his fade to be. When he was done my kid almost started crying. I said oh no not that high I already told you that and its not even straight. He said it looks good though. By then I was soo upset. But I tried my hardest to remain calm. I said is there a manager around. He tried to convince me he was the manager. I said no the real manager. He rolls his eyes and says with an attitude oh you mean Jenny? She wont be in for a week? Im thinkin to myself what happened to this place? Everyone used to be so nice here. He refused to fix the haircut or to give my money back. I left my number. Jenny never called me back. Its been a month now. Still no word.

Went for a trim with the same stylist who did my original cut a month prior. Just wanted a trim. She literally cut my hair so short I am unable to style it. I just needed a trim! The original cut was looking a little shaggy. I did NOT ask her to cut all my hair off. I have a trip coming up in less than 3 months , it’ll never grow enough in that short time to do anything with. I am currently wearing a scarf on my head. I paid, got in the car and cried. I now have to get fitted for a wig $$$. Will NEVER use this particular stylist again. The shop is nice but what this stylist did is beyond unacceptable. I have to take my glasses off while she’s cutting so I couldn’t see what she was doing. I even said (when I touched it) wow you’re really getting too short. I am devastated.
