Took my son in to get a pretty simple cut. He normally gets it cut at 180/Q however they are closed. His cut is saved in their system. This lady destroyed his hair. It’s several uneven layers and the hair in the back lays to his neck. Worst cut ever and she chopped it so short and awkward we are stuck growing it out before it can be fixed. Do not go to this location!!

Absolute worst experience ever! I was completely ignored for the first 5 minutes even though the store was empty. The employees seemed to be more interested in talking with each other than to help me. When I was finally acknowledged a female employee named Trina cut my hair in about 3 minutes in the rudest way possible as if I had inconvenienced her night to get a haircut. Will never return to pepperwood great clips location.

Feb 6,2020, I scheduled and got an haircut for my 4 year old son. It was the worst experience ever, with hairstylist Wallace. The hairstylist was extremely rude and was not open to suggestions about how I wanted my son’s haircut. When I told him that I wanted him to use scissors and not clippers, he threatened that he will not complete the haircut. Then he didn’t do my son’s sideburns correctly. My son got red spots on his delicate skin by using the clippers used by hairstylist, Wallace In this customer service business, I never expected such a bad experience from stylist in great clips. I would give 0 stars to the hairstylist.

I don’t know why you can’t be more accommodating. Made one appointment one the app and tried to make a second but it told me two and a half hours after the one I just set? Go in and they are rude before I open my mouth. Won’t be returning.
