We love this place! It has a small town down home feeling in the big city. The prices are reasonable and the staff is always friendly. Shaq is amazing and always makes my son and I feel right at home. The establishment is my always clean up and they be offer many discounts and coupons. The people where great and very nice, but they messed up my hair almost let me walk out knowing that they messed up my hair.. All I wanted was a trimmed haircut but instead they took off like 4 in half of my hair and now it looks so short and now I can hardly do stuff with it as in put it in a pony tail. Now I can’t stop crying because I’ve been trying to grow my hair out and now I have to start all over. Thx a lot “GrEaT ClIPs”.

Great clips is a wonderful place to go. The staff is cheerful and good at what they do. The new remodel is just beautiful, clean and bright. It is conveniently located and they allow you to check in before you arrive. That means that you don’t have a long wait. I highly recommend this place.

Went in for a haircut and gave exact directions on how I would like it done. These directions had been given to me by a previous stylist and I was told they would know what I was asking for. The stylist who cut my hair had no clue what I was asking for and then said I was giving her conflicting instructions. I ended up with a terrible haircut (not what I asked for, crooked, overall poor quality) that put me in such a bad mood I ended up going somewhere else to have it fixed the same day. Gave them the same instructions and they knew immediately exactly what I was asking for and ere thankfully able to fix the abortion Great Clips had left me with. I would only recommend this location for people who don’t care about their haircut.
