Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDO NOT VISIT THIS BRANCH. This was my first visit to this branch. And I have not had a worst haircut in my life. Lost 5 inches of hair. And the dresser cut it like she was cutting a tree. I kept asking for a layered haircut and showed her multiple photos too. But she did not understand it. Was rude and not receptive to feedback. I have had innumerable haircuts and I always go for the same cut. Never had a problem. This was such a disaster that I literally have no idea what to do with my hair. DO NOT VISIT THIS BRANCH. This was my first visit to this branch. And I have not had a worst haircut in my life. Lost 5 inches of hair. And the dresser cut it like she was cutting a tree. I kept asking for a layered haircut and showed her multiple photos too. But she did not understand it. Was rude and not receptive to feedback. Since she was hired I have had my hair ruined on four occasions. She does not listen to what the customer wants and she will just do as she pleases. I look like I have Lego hair now because of her. I have been going to this location since I was a kid and never got a bad haircut till the older woman with blonde hair was hired. Since she was hired I have had my hair ruined on four occasions. She does not listen to what the customer wants and she will just do as she pleases. I look like I have Lego hair now because of her. BE WARY

Critical: QualityMy husband and kids have used this specific location for 8 years. There have been some fabulous stylists, but the most recent haircut my son got was attrocious! Totally butchered and I could have done a better job. There is too much turnover for the quality of haircuts to be consistent here.Service: Hairstyling

Critical: QualityWent in for a hair cut told the lady to take off 3/4 of a inch . Trim eyebrows.. she trimmed the eyebrows . Acted like she cut my hair. (Very little on the floor) Said I was done. I looked and said that’s it . You didn’t take anything off the top.. I went to a different hair place the following week and got a good hair cutService: Haircut

I checked in online, washed my hair, since they aren’t doing that right now, headed on over. I was the next person in line when I arrived. Wait was less than 10 min. My haircut looked great, until I got in the car and took my mask off, then the face frame was off. Went back in and they fixed it right away. I totally understand the difficulty added trying to cut hair arround a mask. But it’s perfect now. Amazing experience. I didn’t felt rushed at all even though they were swamped, they didn’t make me feel like an imposition when I went back in. The hairdresser was efficient and professional. I was the next person in line when I arrived. Wait was less than 10 min. My haircut looked great, until I got in the car and took my mask off, then the face frame was off.
