Critical: ProfessionalismI brought my son in to get his very first hair cut. He is almost two. My son was not wanting to go into the seat by himself. I asked her if it would be ok if i sat with him so he would sit still. She told me “that it would not be ok because that is a liability and if he could not sit by himself then he could not get a hair cut today.” It would of been fine if she had talked to me in a normal tone. I would of understood however, she was completely rude to me. I have never written a review before because I understand that people have bad days. I thought her attitude towards me and my son was unprofessional. I have sat in the seat there before with my other son when he was younger. After my experience today i will never return to great clips. I am usually happy with their friendly atomosphere. I also want to point out that the other two girls there were very nice to us and professional. I hope that this review will help the girl who helped us learn how to talk to her customers regardless of the mood she is in and that another mother doesn’t have to wait 20 minutes to be turned down because her child is nervous. I brought my son in to get his very first hair cut. He is almost two. My son was not wanting to go into the seat by himself. I asked her if it would be ok if i sat with him so he would sit still.
