I have used this store since they opened this location. The staff was always so friendly and manager was super nice and talkative. I took both my boys in yesterday and discovered they had a new manager and my girl was gone, so I let the new manager cut my boys hair. My oldest asked for a high and tight which he got, my youngest wanted a fohawk which she said she could do. When I questioned his cut it was still wet. When we got home I noticed my oldest hair was not even on the top and my youngest well let’s just say it’s not a fohawk and well for what I paid for it I could of done it myself. So I call and get a refund because a my kids were at practice and work and didn’t have time to deal with the staff since they were rude yesterday as well.The staff were completely rude to me and it wasn’t even my fault… needless to say I will not be going back to this location.

This is by far the best location in the Omaha area. Nikko is the absolute best. There is another stylist when we go too and she is fantastic as well. My child requests to see Nikko because he is so fun and does the best every single time. Cannot say enough good words about the location. We always use the app to check in and it is always a great experience.

Checked into the app and it said there was an hour wait, thats fine so I wait until I get a text from the app saying I’m up in 15min and head up there. I walk in and the lady said there is an hour wait. I literally just waited an hour and thought the app was there for that. They need to figure out the scheduling thanks for wasting over an hour of my time to not even get a haircut.
