I have used great clips for a few years. A relatively new benefit for all customers, you can go online and set up a check-in appointment, drive to their place of business, walk in the door, give the associate your name and since you have a reservation for a haircut or whatever you are having done, you will be the next customer to have service, while walk ins have to wait there turn in line! Great service, treat you with respect and then when they are done, pay, leave a cash “tip”, be thankful that they did a nice job!

Last time I take my boys to get a haircut here! The lady did a sloppy job. He literally looked the same after she was done, and when I asked her to go shorter because he looked the same, she got an attitude. Still came up looking uneven and sloppy! My 13 year old just wanted to cry. Now I have to pay someone else to fix it! Next time I will pay more somewhere else to get it done right the first time! Saves more money and time and less stress! Paid $18 for him to look the same!!! And then $25 to a professional to fix it! Lost $43 and a waste of time!
