Me and my grandson visited this establishment back in the early springtime of 2021. They offered me a kids cut discount, I like to save a dollar. However, my expectations were far below what I had recieved. I had asked for a bleached, bob cut with a tad bit of hair creamer in the back, what I had recieved was FAR different for what I had asked for! I had recieved a semi-bleached, not short enough-bob cut and my grandson had received the ugliest hair cut I had ever seen in my whole life of living!!! Once me and my grandson were finished we had went to the register lady-man and they denied my discount!!!! I payed and left enraged!

Staff is friendly and polite. Wait times are incredibly long though. This is due to not enough staffing. They do the best they can, but you better not have anything else planned for over an hour. They do have online check in, and they will text when ready, with a count down timer. The business has always struggled with staffing. They don’t pay well, so stylists either don’t stay, or avoid applying there. It is the only budget haircut salon in town, so if they were able to get more stylists and keep them they would have the business to make up for a wage increase without increasing prices.

It just seems that no matter what, the wait times here are NEVER and i mean NEVER accurate. We never seem to have the same issue in Wichita, but it’s happened several times here, that we will check in online, it says 116 mins or close to it and barely time goes down. We waited over an hour and half to come to the store and still had a lengthy wait. it just gets super frustrating. the last time we did the same and then a little over an hour later our time had jumped up by another 30 mins! It seems a better way for this location to operate would be by appt times since wait times are not applicable / or close to being accurate. Also, the stylist are VERY slow moving. Even with a long wait, they see no reason to try and be quicker. ♀️
