First time here, I liked the girl cutting my hair but she cut it several inches more than I asked and gave me an A -line… Which I didn’t ask for… I like it but you should really ask or say something before changing what someone asked you to do. I honestly think she was pretty fresh out of school and just hasn’t developed the social skills to let me know she’d made a mistake and decided to just cover it up with a nice hairstyle. Please always communicate with the customer, even if you made a mistake!
