The stylists are AWESOME, love them and have nothing but great experiences… but the owner/management does NOT properly staff(ie. doesn’t pay enough) to keep the shop staffed and from quitting & leaving. I just got to the shop having checked in over an hour ago, and the wait showing another hour. Absolutely TERRIBLE ownership & management putting the stylists that still remain under such conditions, shame on you!! I want some way to schedule directly with the stylists and pay them properly, and cut the whole great clips out of the loop.

Dominique was great. I was very nervous to go in because my hair hasn’t been cut in over a year and it was in bad shape and it has bad color and I was embarrassed… of my hair, plus the fact that in public lately, I get nervous and act awkward. (Perks of WFH, lol) But Dominique did exactly what I needed, including making me feel reassured and not stupid about anything I asked or said, and that part is worth almost as much as the great haircut she gave me. Staff here was super friendly and helpful. My daughter was donating her hair to Wigs for Kids. Found out with that donation she received a free haircut….bonus. I have been going here for several years and prefer this location. They keep it nice and clean and they have always been very courteous.

My wife stopped in the store this morning and asked to make an appointment for our grandson to get his hair cut at 4:00 pm today. They asked if she had gone on-line and she said she was in person and asked for an appointment at 4:00 pm. They indicated they would schedule it. At 4:00 today she took our grandson in for the appointment and was told she did not have an appointment because she had not gone on-line. She and our grandson left without the haircut. Extremely poor customer service. Can’t take an appointment in person that is honored.

Awesome place to get a cut! I moved, and Great Clips is less than a minute from the new place. Staff is friendly and the online check in is so convenient. Just chill at the house until you’re close in line. The way they save what cut you like makes things so much easier.
