The staff is absolutely fantastic. All the whacky hours & short staff needs to be addressed by Great Clips though. Hard to pin point why. Either hire more hairdressers, or pay better so you can keep a staff retained. I would rate 5-Stars if this didn’t seem to be a Great Clips corporate problem because its been ongoing. Not to mention stores seem to close & open at all kinds of various times now.

Always a great hair cut at a great price, especially since most of the time I’m just cutting off dead ends. Love this location because I recently had a stylist named Matthew, and he is by far my favorite stylist! I’ve never been able to master the awkward talking but he was so easy going and gave me such great tips for my specific type of hair I hadn’t heard of before! Most places will just ask what you want but he seemed to really care about what I was looking for and knew what he was talking about. Normally I don’t leave reviews, but it was such a friendly and great experience!

UNHAPPY. my boyfriend came here to get his hair cut this morning and he came home with an AWFUL hair cut. it is all different lengths. theres a practically bald spot on his head while the rest is still long and there are several parts really short and several very long. they did not give him what he asked for in any way shape or form. he said the woman felt like she was in a hurry. i do not care if youre in a hurry. she very clearly just did not care AT ALL. i work in customer service and rarely complain thats how terrible this hair cut is.
