We had to wail a long time. Rosemary loved the way Iris cut her hair. Some people left. Some had done through the app and still a very long wait. I do not if they are always this on Saturday or if this was a very busy day.

I came here once before and the lady that did my hair did an amazing job took the time to really make sure my hair was fixed from the last butchered haircut I got. Today, I left this place in tears! Pretty good experience. The downside is the check in doesn’t allow you to check where you are in line or provide frequent updates, though, I’m not sure if this is an option if you use the mobile app. I did not use the app. I just checked in via their Google Maps business listing. Next time I go, I’ll try using the mobile app and provide an update.

Critical: ProfessionalismIf I could give this location a 0 star I would. I have a 3 year old son with severe anxiety and I have had multiple women cut his hair without the cape due to this reason, but there’s always one or two that will say it’s against protocols and totally dismiss us, meanwhile the previous ladies who cut his hair without the cape are standing by watching. The app said i was next up and as of right now I’ve been waiting almost an hour. Also when lobby was full at least two barbers took lunch. And stop telling customers the wait is 15 or 20 minutes. Did I mention I was skipped over by someone 5th in line. How does that even happen.

The first time I went here in December 2020, I had to go back the next day and get my hair done again because she cut my hair uneven and it was noticeable enough that people pointed it out. I came back June 10th 2021 to give them a second chance and I’m very satisfied with my hair cut. They’ve Definetly improved since last time I was here.
