Lyni (I think) cut my hair for me. It had been 4 years since I’d even trimmed it so I was nervous to take some off. Best haircut I’ve ever had. It is so cute! But Lyni was also quiet, which I loved. My anxiety was already at its peak about getting my hair cut. So it was very soothing to not have to talk the entire time. 10/10

6 times I’ve tried getting a cut,, first 4 time’s walked in a they said it was a two hour wait with none in the chairs. 5th and 6th time scheduled appointments got there and waited for 1.5 hours . Ended up leaving without a hair cut. This is the last time i will ever use a Great clips …. or should i say not use since it’s been 2 months of trying with them
