I took my 2 year old here to get his haircut & they were SO good and patient with him. He hates getting his hair cut, so he was melting down crying. One gal walked over mid- meltdown and gave him a mini cupcake which greatly helped us get through the haircut. So happy with the service we got! Will go back for sure. Haircut

I got a haircut there July 2019 and I had it below the shoulders and asked it for an asymmetrical bob at the chin. I was in the military then but the hair style was still in regulations, when I mentioned it to my stylist she freaked out and tried to convince me otherwise. I am Hispanic so I have fluffy wavy hair which can be complicated and when I told my stylist it usually takes about an hour since a lot of hair is hard to manage but she ignored me and cut my hair in 25 min. It was butchered, she ended up cutting my hair to up to my cheeks and tried making it look symmetrical which was not like the pictures I showed her and overall it was completely unpresentable. It was very choppy and the layers were uneven, I was too shocked and embarrassed to say anything. I had to go to another salon the next day to get my hair to look like it was professionally done. Never coming back here again as it left me traumatized.
