I’ve had my hair cut by 3 stylists at this location. 2 of them were very welcoming, kind, and professional. The other was the complete opposite. She berates you with questions only to ridicule you when you answer them. I will not be returning because of this stylist. Since you can’t choose your stylist, you are better off going to a different location.

Critical: ProfessionalismI have been coming to this location (Corbin park) for past 4 years or so. For the first time I had this bad experience. The haircut itself was not as good as the last time and moreover the stylist didn’t greet us, no smile and no common courtesy which i usually see from most of the stylists here. The one who cut my son’s hair (6 year old) today was on a hurry and felt she was being a little rough on him too. For example : She wrapped the cape around him after he sat down with his hands inside…. and then she removed his mask on one side and asked him to hold it with his hands inside the cape. How can a kid hold his own mask from one side with his hands inside the cape ???? No common sense whatsoever….. and again i have been coming here for 3 – 4 years and never felt this way. This negative review is based on our experience with this one particular stylist whom i will avoid in future at any cost. The haircut itself was not as good as the last time and moreover the stylist didn’t greet us, no smile and no common courtesy which i usually see from most of the stylists here. 2 persons cut the hair. One that cares, the other one that doesn’t care at all. I was attend by the 2nd in beginning that stop to cut my hair almost in the end. She didn’t want to listen at all. Apparently she knows everything…. And she through me out from her chair after I explain how I want my hair and she didn’t want to listen. I was saved by the 2nd. She listen and try to help the customer to get the hair the way I wanted. 5 stars for the one that save me, zero for the one that started with me. I had walked in with no appointments and they accommodated me immediately with no waiting time, appreciate it! Haircut was average – I had asked for long bob with layers and I was given a regular trim with no styling , blow dry and applying hair spray was done only on request. For hair wash + haircut I was charged 25. After an average haircut I walked out thinking that hair grows again.
