I took my autistic daughter to get a haircut today and a woman refused to finish her haircut when I told her she was autistic . This seems discriminatory to developmentally disabled people. Most of the time I get good stylists here that are nice, empathetic and patient with her. Haircut

When I came in the entire seating area was filled and the three women working were doing their best! I witnessed a male guest get angry with an employee i believe was named “abby”, he then asked for a managers number and seemed to want to complain. As a witness, “abby” handled the situation perfectly. Sad to see how service workers are being treated at this time 🙁

Had a Great experience at Great Clips on Tuesday. Ashley did a wonderful job on my hair. I hadn’t gotten a hair cut since before Thanksgiving because of sickness. SO I was real happy to get a hair cut and REAL happy with my hair cut!!

I checked in at 0110p per app and was informed of a 41 minute wait (0151p appointment time.). I ran a couple errands and showed up at 0145p to be informed of a 30 minute wait. Neither stylist who were in the work area were busy. There were three people waiting – whether or not they did check in per app is unknown. If Great Clips is going to have check in per app to reduce wait time, it would be nice if they followed their own guidelines.
