Beware of you use the app. Checked-in on the app with 70 minute wait. Two and a half hours later got the text to head to the store for the haircuts. Not sure what kept extending the wait. Walked in and told they were closing soon and not taking anyone else even though we checked in. No apology, nothing. Wasted time is frustrating. Totally would have found another Great Clips.

Checked in with their app it said a 4 min. wait. We arrived and checked in immediately. Both stylists were cutting hair and there was one person sitting waiting. It took over an hour to get a stylist. They took 4 people that walked in the door before us that hadn’t checked in online.

Stopped here with my mother on our way home from KC, we were fortunate that they were unusually slow. They got us both in and my stylist was AMAZING we had a wonderful visit and I loved my hair it is exactly what I asked for. Only complaint is they are and hour and half away.

I love scheduling with their app. It really makes it easy to coordinate your haircut. The coronavirus policies in place are convenient. you get messaged 15 minutes before you’re expected to sit down. They’re able to keep the social distancing within their waiting room. And as always I got a great haircut.

I was seated quickly even though it was a busy day and the haircut did not take long. It only took the lady cutting my hair 7 minutes to give me a damn good haircut. This is the third time I have had good service. The employees at this location are fast, efficient, and consistent.
