Signed in to wait list online. When I arrived, was first in line, with one other person waiting. 2 stylists were in back of shop chatting. Waited 10 minutes and stylists were still chatting, with no acknowledgment of presence of 2 of us waiting. I left. Customers’ time is not valued here.
