She was very harsh in holding scissors and using a trimming machine , she noticed that I got bruises right above my eye , she didn’t even stop there and continued with the same harshness while trimming my neck .On top of that ,she was not apologetic at all . I have been a Great Clips customer (in the KC area) since I was a little kid, about 20 years, and have generally had great luck with most stylists and locations. The occasional missed hairs, uneven sideburns, or “not quite right” blending…but nothing I couldn’t fix at home with a beard trimmer. I rarely go anywhere else.

Alan was my stylist and that dude knows hair! This guy has been doing hair for like 38 years or something and told me he could cut hair with his eyes closed and i 100% believe him. Dude is a master. I got a faded fauxhawk and he did it perfectly.
