Haircut was horrible too expensive for the amount of hair I have that was not main issue stylist ask for if I wants a beard trim she was more concerned about to make sure I is $9. The trim was uneven. I had to buy a $50 trimmer to fix the beard trim I got from her. Haircut, Beard trim

Check in online is a joke. 30 minute wait on app when I check in. So I show up 30 minutes later. I have to wait 20-30 min in store every time because they put walk ins ahead of online check ins. I’ll go elsewhere for my over priced haircut.

My professional was Carrie, she listened to what I wanted, asked follow up questions to make sure it was clear, checked with me throughout the cut to make sure it was what I wanted. 10/10 for communication and delivery of the cut. Additionally Carrie was very nice, we had a very easy discussion like I was talking to an old friend. 10/10 for comfort feel and accommodation.

Went in for four kids haircuts, no coupons or anything. Asked if they included “styling” and was told not usually, but one sweet lady did (Carrie), she made no mention of paying extra. However Jessica decided to charge me without my knowledge anyway, so RUDE! I gave tips according to how I thought service was for each, I wouldn’t have tips two of stylist 90% if I had known… also gave a tad more to Jessica for making a clean line on my sons easy haircut. I went back thinking they accidentally charged $20 for an adult cut or something, but Jessica let me know she did it (never apologized for doing so without my knowledge). If I knew they were going to be dishonest about the additional charge to tousle my 6yo’s hair I wouldn’t have let them style it. I thought the dishonesty was incredibly rude and not bringing them back.
