Checked in online, so when I got there I was helped right away. 15 min later I left thinking that haircut was too good to be true. Turns out it was. I wanted a straight cut across with long layers… My hair looked good from the front, but was VERY uneven in the back. I had to have my roommates help me even out my own hair (which took longer than the actual haircut).

Took my son in to get a haircut to this location because the one i usually go to was closed. Very disappointed. She messed up his hairline. It isn’t even straight. I didn’t ask her to even do his hairline. No other hair stylist has touched his hairline unless i asked but i don’t ever let anyone touch it. And when I told her i didn’t like it she just said “oh” and charged me. Didn’t even offer to fix it nor apologized. I wouldn’t have let her touch his hairline again anyways but she didn’t bother. Now my son has to walk around with a messed up hairline. The staff doesn’t care. Try some other place.

Normally I love the stylists at this Great Clips but on Friday, December 30th I got the worst haircut in 55 years. I have no idea why it was hacked up like this. I’ve been getting the same cut for a year and had grown out all layers to a chin cut bob. Now it’s maybe 2 inches on top and different layers all over. It really can’t be fixed unless I take it clear down to nothing. My 24 year old son asked if I had a hat to wear for a while. Horrid cut!!

Checked in online. Only two workers. Had to wait through people before me. After 30 minutes I’m next! Only the “free” chair was still occupied by previous customer. His haircut was done but the stylist was engaged in a lengthy conversation with him completely ignoring me. I sat for another 10 minutes and left.

I’ve taken my son to a couple of nice salons (one locally owned and one big national brand) and his best haircuts have come from this Great Clips. The online check-in before arrival is great and they keep notes on what they do in the haircut so the next person can do the same thing or make adjustments easily. Staff is good at making my young child feel comfortable in the chair.
