Posting this because I hope it’s helpful feedback for customers and for the store alike. I went in to get my haircut, which is a pretty simple fade on the sides, I normally get the same cut at a different Great Clips that was closed today. First, they didn’t check me correctly and gave someone else my spot, it was only a 10 minute difference, so not the worst, but not very professional.

I have had multiple bad experiences at this location with poor customer service. Arrived at 545 pm today and 3 employees were standing by as no other guests were in the building. One of the employess said they close at 6 and could not cut my hair. Moreso, they were very rude in their tone with me.

Stylish knew l was growing hair out. She cut 3 to 4 inchs off my hair and left rest of hair unsettled. I had to have it recut the next day at another great clips and will be getting extentions if l can. Very unhappy. Why cant they listen!

So I checked in online and was up next there was one black man working alone who said to me I got you. Which to me knowing I was up next meant we was about to knock it out. But instead he straight skipped me and took a black man who came in after me and it was obvious he came in after me! Mind you I had already checked in online. I was impressed that she knew her own strengths and weaknesses and was honest about it. I was indeed pleased with the results from the other stylist.
