It depends on the stylist you get. Last few times I’ve visited I’ve gotten excellent service and exactly the cut I wanted. But a few times I’ve gotten stylists that have taken it upon themselves to do something that I didn’t ask for and it took a couple months to grow my hair out enough to be able to get back to the original style I wanted

Was not impressed at all , was a walk in as was told on the phone it would be fine that they were not busy, when I got there the lady that did my hair didn’t seem like that was the case even though they only had two customers there with 3 employees….. long story short she didn’t act like she wanted to do my hair then after I get home my hair is choppy and uneven I WONT BE BACK EVER only reason it gets one star is cause 0 wasn’t an option

So the lady was really nice, which is why I paid for the cut. But my daughter’s hair looks horrible. It is beyond choppy. I did ask for her to maybe thin it out a bit or fix the layers but it seemed to make it worse so I decided to leave it be. If she doesn’t know how to cut layers, maybe send her for training? I do not like to offend anyone, but I felt I needed to share pictures to show how bad it really is so others can choose to go somewhere else. Again, she was a very nice lady! But maybe go elsewhere for your haircut or your kid’s.

Probably the best spot for a quick hair cut i have been to in a good while. This will be my “go to spot”. Used the online check in and slid right in. Lady cutting was pleasant and nice. Her cutting performance was spot on, a true professional.

I’ve had countless poor experiences here, from absolute butcherings of a haircut to waiting 40 minutes after being checked in online 20 minutes prior to my arrival and still had 2 people walk in and got their hair cuts before me. I watched one of their butchers sit down an old couple while she cleaned her station before she allowed them to pay as well.

We checked in on lone almost 2 hours before because of the long wait times. We go in with the text saying 15 minutes left so we head in. Arrive 5 minutes later and they took him off the list and wanted me ro wait 84.more minutes because the system messed up. Same thing happened to 4 more other customers and the person was on helpful. We had to wait.

They need to learn the difference between dandruff in lice. 3 people check my daughter’s hai for lice since they said she had lice turned out she did not have lice she had bad dandruff.. I’m really upset that they can’t tell the difference.. I went somewhere else and they treated her hair for dandruff. Never going back to great clips..

I got my hair totally botched here. Took off 4 inches and I had to go somewhere else to get it evened out. You could see where hair wasn’t even cut and just was super choppy and uneven. Never again. I also got my bags trimmed and a small section is shorter than the rest of the bangs and is above my eyebrows.
