I would give this place 0 stars if i could. I hadn’t used great clips in the better part of 10 years due to them messing up my kids’ hair in the past. I decided I would give them another shot yesterday and it was horrible. They were kind of rude and didn’t listen to us when we told them what we wanted. My youngest sons hair was completely lopsided. I was able to fix that myself. My daughter wanted a cut for her birthday. She wanted a simple bob. The lady that did it styled it in such a way that we didn’t notice until today that they’re is a huge chunk missing in the middle of the back of her head. Now i have to pay to take my daughter else where to get it fixed. Lesson learned. We will NEVER use great clips Paola again.

I have been trying to get my hair cut for a while now. They were closed on Sunday, so I drove all the way into town to get my haircut today. My wife made reservations and everything. When I finally come in, I am told that there are 40 minute waits despite the fact that there were only 3 people in there. I was told the waits were reservations. When I made them aware of the reservations that my wife had made, they told me that my reservations were cancelled, as they only gold out to 45 minutes. I was never told this, so this was a wasted drive….again. I used to go here often, but I will not anymore. This is ridiculous. All I wanted was a haircut and it seems that they go out of their way to make it as difficult as possible for you. I suggest that you go to a local barber or salon to get a haircut. You will just get a runaround here and with gas prices being what they are, runarounds are not good.
