This place is awful. I got the worst haircut of my life there. I kept telling her to part my hair in the middle and layer the bangs. I have baby fine hair. She layered everything but my bangs. I wanted a bob. Now I have to pay someone to fix it. Worst hair cut ever. A big waste of money

Stylist was rude to my child. Asked if she ever brushes her hair. (She has curly hair so you don’t rake through it). She brushed it out with a paddle brush and did a strait trim. She was annoyed that my daughter was shy so I helped her answer what she wanted. She also made a snide comment about my age vs my daughters age. The same stylist was rude to a friends child on the spectrum.

I wanted 4″ cut off my hair. I thought it was going well. I got home and looked at it. My hair was down to my waist before I went in. After the cut it was at my bra. That is not 4″. She cut off 8″ and when I got home I was furious. I sent an email to the head Honcho of Grate Clips. She said she will send my a gift certificate. Does she really think I would ever come back? That is a definite NO!

Just a mess. The back is cut terribly, the middle of the top of my head is 2 inches long than the front or back, the ears were cut too high and not blended. I asked for a pretty standard haircut and I had to remind the stylist to cut certain parts of my hair. Will not and never will return to Great Clips. Haircut

My husband gets his hair cut at this location every 5-6 weeks. Usually takes his coupon to get his all of 35 hairs cut for a unreasonable amount of money. This time they tell him there system will not scan the code that they have provided. That sounds like a you problem not a him problem. They would not honor the coupon that they provided. Very tacky!!!
