My hair came down past my eyes and I went in and asked for a quarter inch off the top. I’m almost bald now. They took almost 3 inches off. The fade on the sides was terrible too. There is ONE stylist at the Sedalia location that does a great job, all the others have messed my cut up every time. It seems the lady I normally use isn’t there when I’m able to go anymore, so good riddance great clips. I will be looking elsewhere for better service and a stylist that will actually do what I ask.

I love being able to decide that I would like to get my haircut today and can get it done. I don’t have to call and make an appt, I just go online and see how long it will be and sign up. You can run other errands before if it will be a while and just show up when its time. As for the haircut, I have not gotten a bad haircut here. My husband didn’t hate the haircut he got but he prefers the barber shop he goes to where They use Clippers instead of scissors on his short hair.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThere is an older lady that works here that needs her license taken away. I am a male with rather long hair and when I told her I wanted nothing taken off the top and to only cut the sides, she decided to take a big chunk of the side and top together and chop it off. It looked like a 3 year old got a hold of my hair and started cutting. Then, when I said to her, “I think you may have accidentally cut the top a little too short.” she replied with, “No I definitely didn’t, I don’t know what your looking at, but I only cut the sides.” From that point on it only got worse and she did nothing I asked. I understand it’s hard to give people exactly what they ask, but when your not even close it is absurd. I don’t understand how people do this for a living and still do not know how to properly cut hair. I now look like a cartoon character with this hair cut and I cannot take off my hat.
