They only do walk-ins and online check in. The day I was in, there were only two hair cutters so they were backed up and the waits were 20-30 minutes. Make sure you have some time on your hands when you come. The haircut I got was worth the price. $15 for just a cut and they’ll give you a discount if you bring your receipt back the next time.

It is convenient for me and so I’ve been going to Great Clips on W. Broadway in Columbia, Mo. for years. I’ve had some great haircuts, some mediocre cuts and the last two have been terrible. It’s really hit or miss: You might get a stylist with talent, or just as likely it will be someone without a clue. There seems to be a lot of turnover and they don’t take appointments so even when I found someone who is good, either my schedule doesn’t match theirs or they no longer work there. I am finished with Great Clips.

This place is trash ya’ll, the haircuts match the “stylists” attitudes…poor. If you use the Great Clips app you can see no wait time…then roll up in there and get met with an arbitrary “15-20 minutes” wait…because reasons? The only reason to use them is if you have a coupon, but even then it’s overpriced. There’s a Cost Cutters near here that is much better, and they know ALL about this Great Clips business, as they are accepting of all the unshorn, huddled masses that seek refuge from the darkness that is this Great Clips

Management should be more aware of the clients hair needs by not allowing a unqualified employee to work on hair they are not experienced with. There should also be more attention from management once a client’s hair is messed up from wrong cutting and fading skills. Be careful when sitting in the chair!!!!!!!
