I always come to Great Clips because the hair dressers are so friendly and it’s affordable, but the lady who cut my hair this past week had a bad attitude, and did an poor job. She ripped the tangles out of my hair rather than brushed them out, cut my bangs way too far off to the sides, didn’t layer my hair properly, didn’t do any face framing with my bangs, and didn’t cut my hair even all the way around. I tried checking in for 2 hours and it kept saying it’s reached it’s customer volume. So I drive to the location at 6:20 (closes at 7) and there isn’t a single person getting a haircut and two stylist sitting at the register chatting. I walk in to see if I can get a quick cut and they say they close at 7 (40 min away) and don’t have time. I sat in my car out front of the location and not a single person has walked in for over 30 min and they are about to close now. What kind of service is this? Horrible.
