Christina always does an amazing job. She is professional and quick. She always cuts my husband’s hair and has cut my teenage grandsons’ as well. We took my 2 yr old grandson yesterday and were not sure he would let her cut it. He was a little scared of the buzz of the clippers but she went above and beyond getting it done. I have always used Great Clips in all cities, they are usually fast and friendly. I’ve had some stylists that just don’t listen, I usually go away with shorter hair but this last time I went, it was last week and I just ask for a trim, well my hair on top is so short I can’t do anything with, short layers all over which I didn’t want. I’ve been doing nothing but crying. I have hair missing on one side.

I visited back in January to donate 12 inches of hair to Wigs for Kids; after it was cut off I started thinking the tiny braids did not look like 12 inches. I got home pondering on it for quite sometime before measuring them. It turns out, none of them were over 11 inches, some 10 inches. I could not donate where I wanted because of their mistake. I should have known better when she just started braiding and cutting without actually measuring 12 inches. I just assumed she was experienced and knew what she was doing. I was extremely upset and I cried a little, because I waited 24 years to donate my hair and when I finally went theough with it.. the stylist messed up my opportunity. The only thing that saved me was that I knew of one more, but only specifically for Michigan kids that I could donate to and that’s what I did. They only needed 10 inches. At least they got that. I haven’t been back to do my hair since. I won’t go back.

No offer of compensation or anything else. That’s the 4th time in 5 years that this has happened. Won’t give them another chance.
