I will call corporate and send video. A nasty lady was supposed to cut my 5 year old daughter’s hair, I have video and calling state and making police report, she brushed it for 10 minutes not bracing her head or anything to wear my daughter cried for 10 minutes before someone else stepped in and said she’s cutting it short why are you still brushing it? I knew she was being rough and she continued to watch my daughter cry in the mirror like she enjoyed it. My 5 YEAR OLD IS COMPLAINING THAT HER NECK HURTS NOW! NO ONE SHOULD DO THAT TO A CHILD!!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!

I usually take my 2 year old son to the North Belt location for his haircuts, but after today I cannot take him there anymore. The stylist, Jenny, cut him with the clippers. I did not see the cut until after I left the salon otherwise I would have spoken up at the time. She’s nice enough, but not gentle enough.

I love going here, they keep really good notes on how I want my hair done. Sadly I got a new stylist, who I’m guessing didn’t read the notes, and she cut my hair wrong. It’s just a little shorter than normal but overall it’s not a bad place to go.

They charged me an additional $13 because my son picked out a hair cut from one of their books! “If I would have showed them from my phone, it would be different ” however he found it in the book after an 80 minute online checkin wait and you upcharge me $13. Customers beware. Dont let your kids pick out of a book unless you want to pay $26 for a sub par hair cut

Amanda, the hairstylist, took such wonderful care of my mom. My mom had covid in January and it sent her into kidney failure. So she had to start dialysis. My mom also had copd for a very long time. It was very difficult for my mom or I to wash her hair to say the least. My mom came in and Amanda washed and conditioned my moms hair, cut it, and styled it cute. She treated my mom with such kindness, care, and dignity. She told us my mom could come in and get her hair washed anytime for $6. My mom said she would be there every week for that. To get pampered a little. Which she most definitely deserved. She talked about it all week. How nice Amanda was, how good her hair looked, how soft it felt. We were gonna go back every Monday to get her hair washed. Well the Thursday after her hair cut she got very sick again. Monday she didn’t feel like going. She said her hair still looked great because of Amandas great skills. Early morning on Tuesday she had to go to the ER. At 1:05 Wednesday morning my mom passed away. My mom passed away with beautiful hair. I can’t stop thinking about the last time she went anywhere we went to get her hair done. She was treated with such kindness it melts my heart. It was the highlight of her week. Even eating lunch she kept asking me if I had seen how kind “HER HAIRSTYLIST” was? Lol! I just wanted to say thank you to Amanda. The lady who was so sweet, kind, and patient with my mother. The lady who made our last outing together so very memorable. Thank you sweet lady… for having such love and compassion in your heart. For sharing the story of your family which made my mom feel like she wasn’t alone. You not only did a great job with my mothers hair… you also gave her a bit of happiness in her last days and I will always and forever be so grateful and remember it always. Thank you!
