DON’T DO IT!!! Alright, here’s the thing- I’ve worked in customer service my whole adult life. If you go through my reviews, I really don’t give bad one. If I have a bad experience, I let the staff know and give them an opportunity to fix it. This Great Clips is seriously a problem. In our home we have 3 guys. Each one has had more than one trip to great clips over the last four months. Each time, they come back with torn up necks/hair lines. The first time, we let the stylists know. They said they had ordered some poor quality razors and the problem wouldn’t happen again. I assure you it is still a problem. (We didn’t communicate the issue continuing to happen between the 3 guys so.. they all got jacked up necks again)

I got the cut I asked for and polite conversation. My son (age 14) was treated like he was a little boy without any options. The stylist continuously asked me about his hair even after I said he knew what he wanted. My son politely but firmly made his thoughts known and did get what he wanted.

Today when I walked in I was greeted right away. There was no wait, the building was clean and cool. Tasha was the stylist who worked with me and I am more than satisfied. She provided outstanding customer service. She not only used her artistic skills to help me out with a fresh summer cut, but educated me on various products and methods of treating my hair. She is skilled as well as friendly and will treat and make you feel like more than just another person in her chair. Will be back for another cut!

Both staff members were very nice and the place was very clean. It was a little off putting the card machine wasn’t working especially when you set an appointment time and in the land of covid you try not to use cash. The stylist seemed a little unsure of what I asked but my hair didn’t look bad when I left, so no reason to complain or have to go back. Not the 1st time that happened.

It was ok. I didn’t get the haircut that I asked for. It’s about five inches shorter than I wanted and she didn’t put in any layers or shape. I asked her to, but it’s just straight across the back. Also I have curly hair and she didn’t dampen it, so it’s a little uneven. It reminds me of the haircuts my mom gave me as a kid.That said, there was no wait, it was a clean facility and fairly cheap. The stylist was nice enough. I’ll just have to wait for it to grow out. I had never been to a great clips so I didn’t know what to expect. It’s not a truly awful cut; it’s just not what I expected.

I got the their 10 minutes–actually more than 10 minute–before they close and the woman refused to give me a haircut. She rudely told me that I could ask another woman, who was having a cigarette out front, if she could do it, I guess out of the goodness of her heart; be kind of nice if when the store was open is actually open! No apologies were made either. I didn’t ask the woman out front. Unfortunately, my previous experience here had been good, but I doubt I’ll ever come back again with such laziness and rudeness.

I’ve gone 2 Great Clips for years. Great haircut every time EXCEPT this time!!! They keep a record in the computer that prints out every time a customer comes in the things that are pertinent to getting their haircut the way that they like it. I’m not sure what happened but something or somebody didn’t read . Not happy.

Just went here to get my hair trimmed. Asian looking black woman with long hair painted green was RUDE AF! Reallly sarcastic to an obvious first time customer. I felt like she thought she was talking to a child. Before I could even give her my name and phone number I decided to leave because of her attitude. I wouldn’t dream of giving her my money. I don’t pay anyone to mistreat me. If she doesn’t own the place the owner should fire her quick for chasing away potential clients. If she does good luck! Seriously…

I arrived just before closing & the shop was already locked. I almost had a meltdown because I’d been trying to get a haircut before & after work but it was consistently too busy. The lady let me in, did a beautiful job with my hair & let me apologize profusely. I was embarrassed for being such a jerk & she remained calm, sweet, & considerate the entire time.
