Critical: Professionalism, QualityHonestly they jacked up my hair. The bangs are cut at least an inch shorter then what I wanted them too, and the back is not that even. They had one job and that was to do the 2 block hair style but they did it completely wrong. I could have realized it then however, the difference between wet and dry hair can make a difference and we are not always looking at the top of our heads. I could have realized it then however, the difference between wet and dry hair can make a difference and we are not always looking at the top of our heads. Was told initially a 50 minute wait, which was fine with us, we had no issue waiting. After waiting that, they tell us that it is going to be an additional 30 minute wait. People who showed up after us were getting taken care of. I have never been to this location, but plan on not returning. I still have yet to receive the notification that they said I would get when it was our turn and it has been almost 2 hours since they told me it was about a 50 minute wait.
