I went in without checking in online first and I could just tell they didn’t like that too much. I showed the woman a picture of what I wanted for a split second and she never asked to looked at it again. I could tell she didn’t look because I just asked for a trim and instead she shaved my whole head pretty much. Not to mention she was speeding as fast as she could to get through it and in the end didn’t even blow dry my hair, she just kicked me out the chair immediately and I had to go home to shower to get all the thousands of micro hairs she cut off that was still on my head. The hair cut is so bad I feel insecure about having to walk around with it. Still for some reason left a tip.

Great Clips, a great place to go to get your hair messed up. I spent over 4 plus months growing my hair out and told them to barely take any off the top (no more than a half inch) and that I wanted a skin fade on the sides. Easy enough right, instead with the first cut of the scissors they took off all those months of growing plus some. My hair is now shorter then it was when I first started growing it out. Sigh.

the worst haircut place ever. every single time anybody i know goes into get their haircut, they don’t do it right at all. my brothers never want a lot of there hair off and we tell them and somehow everytime they hate there haircut. any other person i know i see them again and there hairs messed up and they always say great clips did it. it’s embarrassing

Worst haircut my son has received in years i believe her name was Jamie or sounds similar. She paid no attention on what i wanted she ruined my sons hair i had to take him somewhere else to see if maybe they can fix it but no she done the worse job ever. I am the mother he is only 6 so i know what i want and i normally put out what they are doing wrong but she said to get out of where my son station was at and wait on the waiting area. So i did and from distance i saw what she did and flipped out. She had the nerve to act like what she did was a good job she even gave me a discount. i hope she is not the reason theirs a lot of bad reviews here . This is my first bad review in google ! NEVER AGAIN

Sure it’s a basic haircut. But it’s basic DONE RIGHT! Ever get to the bathroom mirror with good lighting and find that renegade wild hair that looks like an antenna at the top of your ear? Great Clips gets ’em so you don’t find them! Good grooming- not justa hair cut!

Horrible, normally go to Lee’s Summit location, went here because wait was shorter. Completely buzzed my youngest son. The manager said she would help the new girl after she finished, she disappeared while I was getting my haircut, meanwhile my youngest son’s cut was being done. Didn’t charge me for his haircut, but rudely told me “she was going to take care of it”. Too late, his hair is gone. I have give Lee’s Summit location a 5 star review, after today I don’t believe I will be going to any Great Clips anymore.

Critical: QualityGiving this a 2 because the first time I took my son, they did good. This last Thursday, it was awful. The lady tried to blend it too much and it looks like a carrot top.
